Nursing Care

24 hour nurse care led by a team of qualified RGN and RMN nurses. Care is delivered based on holistic care plans, incorporating residents’ individual and personal needs.

Alongside carers, the nurse team have extensive experience in Palliative Care. The team understands how difficult these situations are and their required support. The team will be with you so your loved one’s physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs are considered and met.

Dementia Care

Bosworth Court is provider of specialist Dementia Care of 30 years. The staff are trained and qualified to deal will all aspects of Dementia, and treat residents as individuals with a person centred approach.

The team enjoy befriending each resident, understanding their own story to ensure their ongoing happiness, comfort and wellbeing.

Residential Care

The Home provides accommodation, meals, 24-hour personal care, and tailored activities.

Each resident will have personal care plan tailored to individual needs, which are continually reviewed and updated. These plans are developed up in consultation with residents’ families, G.P. and social services.

Residents are also encouraged to have personal items, such as pictures, ornaments and even small pieces of furniture, to help promote a sense of familiarity and security.
